Inspect each date, actor, assertion, source fragment, and confidence marker; merge duplicates only after source comparison.

Mark disputed dates, missing evidence, and conflicting sources instead of forcing a single unsupported chronology.

• Use the least-privileged role that can complete the task.
• Confirm the resulting change or decision appears in the workspace audit trail when the workflow changes customer data or access.

Limits and Preconditions

• If a named control is not visible, confirm entitlement and role access before treating the behavior as a product failure.

Troubleshooting

• A timeline event has no primary source: Downgrade or remove the event until a reviewable source is attached.
