How subscriptions, renewals, cancellation, usage charges, and refund requests are handled.

Plans, fees, and renewal
The selected order form or checkout states the plan, currency, taxes, billing interval, usage dimensions, service term, and renewal behavior. Customers must review those terms before purchase. Usage and overage charges apply only when disclosed in the applicable commercial terms.
Cancellation and downgrade
Cancellation requests must use the billing controls or contact identified for the subscription. Unless the applicable terms say otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not erase charges already incurred. Downgrades may remove features or capacity at the next billing period; customers should export needed data first.
Refunds and disputes
B2B fees are generally non-refundable except where the order form, a written commitment, service credit, or mandatory law provides otherwise. Report an incorrect or unauthorized charge promptly to billing@lawielabs.com with the invoice reference and no sensitive payment credentials.
Termination and data
Ending payment does not override contract notice periods or legal retention. Workspace access, data return, deletion, backups, and legal holds follow the agreement, DPA, and Retention and Deletion Policy.
